This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Take charge of and expand new business opportunities within the Benelux region.
• Establish Huble's commercial footprint in France and Belgium.
• Build a sales pipeline from scratch and position Huble as the preferred HubSpot partner in the market.
• Assume responsibility for the growing Benelux team.
• Actively qualify inbound leads and guide them through the Huble sales process.
• Reach out to target companies and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• Participate in industry events to stimulate pipeline growth and boost Huble's market visibility.
• Foster strong collaborations with HubSpot sales and partner teams.
• Proficient in French (native or near-native) and English; knowledge of Dutch or Flemish is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing revenue targets in a B2B sales position within digital consultancy, CRM, MarTech, or a similar technology services field.
• Experience in autonomously managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
• Proven capability in building a pipeline from the ground up through outbound prospecting, networking, and events, rather than depending solely on inbound leads.
• Possess a technical mindset, capable of conducting discovery meetings and defining complex engagements independently, without assistance from a sales engineer.
• Experience in negotiations with C-level executives at mid-market to enterprise-level companies.
• Ability to create commercial proposals and solutions using a consultative approach.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or an equivalent CRM platform.
• Background in or strong understanding of the French-speaking Benelux market.
• Aspiration to grow beyond personal contributions; you view this position as a stepping stone to building and eventually leading a high-performing regional sales team.
