French-Speaking Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat regarding product inquiries, purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds, and general support — primarily in French (with English as needed)

⛳️ Requirements

• EU citizenship is mandatory

• Proficiency in French (C1 level)

• Proficiency in English (B2 level)

• Basic computer skills required

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• No prior experience necessary (customer service experience is advantageous)
