This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
β’ Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat regarding product inquiries, purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds, and general support β primarily in French (with English as needed)
β’ EU citizenship is mandatory
β’ Proficiency in French (C1 level)
β’ Proficiency in English (B2 level)
β’ Basic computer skills required
β’ Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
β’ No prior experience necessary (customer service experience is advantageous)
