This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Establish robust relationships with customers to foster success.
• Manage customer support via phone and email, addressing general inquiries as well as questions concerning contracts and invoices.
• Assist customers and local teams with contract management and invoice-related responsibilities, along with associated customer service activities.
• Implement proactive outreach campaigns.
• Proficient communication skills in English (B2) and French (C1).
• Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or BPO.
• Customer-centric approach coupled with exceptional communication abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and proficient with technology (experience with SAP/Salesforce is advantageous).
