This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer and technical support, including assistance with troubleshooting and installation/deployment for engineers.

• Address inquiries promptly by adhering to support protocols, escalating more complex issues to Level 2 if necessary.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security while effectively collaborating with customers, engineers, and internal teams.

• Proficient communication abilities in English (B2) and French (C1).

• A customer-oriented approach coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
