This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to inquiries from guests and landlords through email, chat, and phone — in both French and English.
• Assist guests throughout the reservation, check-in, and check-out processes utilizing our PMS tools.
• Quickly investigate and resolve issues while maintaining a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
• Document interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Tech teams to identify recurring issues, suggest improvements, and optimize the user experience.
• Discover opportunities to enhance guest stays or strengthen long-term relationships with landlords and guests.
• Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Established experience in customer service, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or tech-enabled platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you actively listen, comprehend, and make others feel valued.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Tech-savvy — comfortable using PMS, CRM, and digital support tools.
• A problem-solving attitude with empathy, patience, and meticulous attention to detail.
