This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with customers who speak French.
• Retain clients contemplating service cancellations or changes.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, upgrades, and promotional offers.
• Advocate for additional services and explore cross-selling possibilities.
• Negotiate customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Foster robust customer relationships through a consultative sales methodology.
• Achieve and surpass retention, sales, and quality benchmarks.
• Guarantee an outstanding customer experience in each interaction.
• Proficient in both French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Prior experience in sales, customer retention, customer service, telesales, or contact centers is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented and focused on achieving results.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Work remotely from within Portugal.
• Permanent employment contract following a 6-month period.
