This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee all payroll operations according to the monthly payroll calendar and submit payroll figures on a monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance of payroll processes with French laws and statutory obligations.
• Demonstrate the capability to reconcile pre-processing reports to confirm the accuracy of data prior to payroll processing.
• Investigate any discrepancies in payroll data and/or documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance with procedures before processing.
• Validate payroll outputs thoroughly.
• Maintain payroll data, files, and records to ensure a current reference and audit trail for compliance purposes.
• Analyze payroll-related data to confirm accurate fund distribution and payroll processing.
• Generate monthly payroll reports and upload them to the CP platform.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure a seamless transition of new payrolls to the In-House team.
• Proficiency in both English and French is a must.
• English proficiency level: B2.
• Extensive knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting is essential.
• High level of expertise in handling complex payrolls (including BIK, stock options/RSU, non-residents, court orders, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing at a specialist level.
• Required proficiency in business software: Excel, Word, Email applications, and Microsoft Apps.
• Strong decision-making skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to plan and organize personal workload effectively.
• Familiarity with TeamsRH software would be a plus.
