French Payroll & Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop an internal payroll platform with assistance from all pertinent CloudPay departments.

• Reconcile pre-processing reports to verify the accuracy of information before payroll execution.

• Investigate discrepancies in payroll data and/or documentation to ensure precision and compliance with procedures prior to processing.

• Maintain payroll records and files to provide current references and an audit trail for compliance purposes.

• Analyze payroll-related data to guarantee the correct distribution of funds and payroll.

• Enter data in accordance with French legislation.

• Assist in validating payroll requirements to ensure clients furnish adequate information for successful setup and configuration.

• Collaborate with Transition Consultants to facilitate effective knowledge transfers between Project Delivery and Operations.

• Support parallel runs and testing for new requirements as needed.

• Aid the software release process by confirming that new features have been developed correctly.

• Assist the Operations team in processing customer change requests and share insights to enhance the France team's expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills in both English and French are crucial.

• In-depth knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting obligations.

• Proficient in business software including Excel, Word, email applications, and Google Apps.

• Experience in payroll implementation and processing.

• Familiarity with Cegedim TeamsRH software or similar platforms is a significant advantage.

• Knowledge of managing the complete payroll process in France and experience with international payroll.

• Experience with implementation processes, software modifications, and onboarding new clients.
