French Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat regarding product questions, purchases, shipping, returns, refunds, and general support — mainly in French (with English as needed)

⛳️ Requirements

• EU citizenship is mandatory

• Proficiency in French at C1 level or higher

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher

• Basic computer skills are necessary

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• Experience is not required (previous customer service experience is an advantage)
