French Contact Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding service to clients for a company specializing in home delivery of frozen food and wine.

• Initiate outbound calls to current customers to oversee orders and deliveries.

• Inform customers of any changes to delivery schedules and confirm modifications to their orders.

• Reach out to customers who were unavailable during delivery to arrange a new delivery attempt and review their orders.

• Contact customers who are interested in placing orders ahead of an upcoming delivery.

• Engage with customers who haven't placed an order in over six months to encourage orders before major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Easter, summer holidays).

• Take orders directly over the phone.

• Manage cancellations of appointments with delivery drivers and suggest alternative delivery dates.

• Handle requests to reschedule deliveries.

• Process requests from customers who want to be removed from the database.

• Address customer inquiries regarding products, minimum order requirements, or dissatisfaction with previous orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written French.

• Sales experience is beneficial.

• Basic computer skills and a comfort level with digital tools.

• Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting sales targets; a positive attitude and high empathy are essential.

• Proactive approach: engage in questions, offer suggestions, and exhibit flexibility.
