French Care Anaplan Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Supervise the entire Care / Managed Services (MS) process, from onboarding and engagement of customers to renewal, ensuring each phase is executed to the highest standards.

• Serve as the main point of contact for managed services clients, understanding their changing business requirements and ensuring their Anaplan solutions stay aligned.

• Collaborate closely with Bedford’s Professional Services Directors and Anaplan business partners to regularly assess customer health and proactively identify potential churn risks.

• Ensure that Anaplan routines and maintenance tasks are executed on time while managing model access and security requirements as necessary.

• Offer ongoing support for existing Anaplan models, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and implementing functional enhancements.

• Keep an updated customer database containing key contact details, use cases, and other relevant metrics to enhance service delivery.

• Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of service offerings while remaining informed about Anaplan’s latest capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in French (spoken, written, and reading); strong English skills (C1).

• Over 2 years of hands-on experience with Anaplan (minimum Level 3 Certification), showcasing strong technical expertise across the platform.

• Background in planning, finance, supply chain, analytics, or consulting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused mindset, enthusiastic about assisting clients in maximizing their investment in Anaplan.

• Exceptional time management and attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple workstreams concurrently.

• Quick learner with the flexibility to adapt.

• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently when necessary.
