📋 Description

• Independently design intricate evaluation frameworks and supply organized training data.

• Role-Play Scenario Execution: Develop and implement complex role-play scenarios that mimic authentic customer service interactions.

• Model Performance Auditing: Assess AI model effectiveness using standardized qualitative and quantitative metrics.

• Technical Metric Evaluation: Evaluate the model's foundational computer programming skills.

• Representative Dataset Generation: Assist in the creation of varied, high-quality audio datasets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience in intricate customer support, technical troubleshooting, or the evaluation of conversational AI.

• Native or bilingual fluency in the target language, demonstrating proficiency across all language modalities (reading, listening, writing, and speaking).

• Excellent analytical and verbal communication skills to effectively conduct simulated customer support role-plays.

• Basic understanding of computer programming, particularly a solid grasp of JSON structures, functions, methods, and fundamental logic.

• A careful, detail-oriented approach to managing structured prompts, intricate evaluation rubrics, and technical instructions.

• Required Equipment: Access to a high-quality microphone to guarantee clear, reliable audio input during voice evaluations.
