
French as a Second Language (FSL) Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Build a positive relationship and thoroughly understand the needs of learners while keeping them actively engaged.
β’ Conduct tutoring sessions.
β’ Complete electronic administrative forms by the required deadlines.
β’ A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
β’ Proficient in both spoken and written French.
β’ Competent in spoken and written English.
β’ Strong skills in information and communication technologies (ICT), particularly with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, as all tutoring sessions are held virtually.
β’ Access to a working computer equipped with webcam/video capabilities.
β’ Demonstrated professionalism, energy, creativity, and the ability to adapt to various types and levels of learners.
β’ Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with the exams and levels A, B, and C of the Public Service Commission of Canada is a plus.
