This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Generate, process, and manage orders utilizing TMS software.

• Accurately input shipment information, monitor order status, and provide necessary follow-ups.

• Source carriers and negotiate competitive rates for shipments.

• Dispatch pickup orders and oversee daily loading activities to guarantee timely and efficient delivery.

• Track and oversee shipments to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.

• Provide rate quotes and negotiate pricing directly with sales teams, ensuring effective and transparent communication.

• Actively monitor all loads, collaborating with team members to proactively address issues.

• Regularly engage with carriers, shippers, and sales teams to fulfill service commitments and resolve any issues.

• At least 2 years of experience in the Transportation / Logistics sector.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

• Familiar with various transportation modes and trailer types.

• Experienced in logistics software, including data entry tasks.

• Knowledgeable in carrier procurement, rate negotiation, and market rate analysis.

• Effective in coordinating with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries and making sound judgment calls.
