Freight Broker Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Sustain and expand current relationships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, which includes pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital documentation upload.

• Function as an independent cradle-to-grave freight brokerage agent for a specific portfolio of business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active, direct shipper customer prepared to move freight from day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.

• Must be fully qualified; no training will be provided.

• Must be able to price, book, track, and close out loads independently.

• Must have a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and access to high-speed internet.

• Must legally reside and operate within the United States.
