Freight Broker Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and expand existing partnerships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, encompassing pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiations, dispatch, customer support, and digital documentation uploads.

• Function as an independent and self-sustaining cradle-to-grave freight brokerage agent for a private enterprise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active direct shipper customer prepared to move freight from day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR over 2 years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales experience with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch skills.

• No training is offered; candidates must be proficient in pricing, booking, tracking, and finalizing loads independently.

• Must have access to a dependable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet connectivity.

• Must legally reside and conduct business within the United States.
