Freight Broker Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance current partnerships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, which includes pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiations, dispatch, customer service, and uploading digital paperwork.

• Function as an independent, self-sufficient freight brokerage agent from start to finish for a standalone business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active direct shipper customer ready to move freight from day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales (with transferable accounts) and carrier dispatch experience.

• No training will be provided; candidates must be proficient in pricing, booking, tracking, and finalizing loads independently.

• Must have a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and access to high-speed internet.

• Must legally reside and operate within the United States.
