Freight Broker Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance current partnerships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, encompassing pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiations, dispatch, customer service, and the upload of digital paperwork.

• Function independently as a comprehensive freight brokerage agent for a dedicated portfolio of clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active direct shipper customer prepared to transport freight starting on day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales along with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.

• No training will be provided; candidates must be capable of pricing, booking, tracking, and finalizing loads independently.

• Must have access to a dependable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet connectivity.

• Must legally reside and operate within the United States.
