Freight Broker Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance current relationships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, encompassing pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital documentation upload.

• Function as an independent, end-to-end freight brokerage agent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active direct shipper client prepared to move freight on the first day.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch expertise.

• Must be fully qualified; no training will be provided.

• Must be adept at pricing, booking, tracking, and finalizing loads independently.

• Must have a dependable computer, a dedicated phone line, and access to high-speed internet.

• Must legally reside and operate within the United States.
