This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Sustain and enhance current relationships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, which includes pricing, booking, tracking, negotiating with carriers, dispatching, providing customer service, and uploading digital paperwork.

• Function as an independent, cradle-to-grave freight brokerage agent for a specified book of business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active direct shipper customer ready to begin freight movement from day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales experience with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch qualifications.

• Must work independently; no training will be provided.

• Must be capable of pricing, booking, tracking, and finalizing loads without assistance.

• Must have access to a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet.

• Must legally reside and conduct business within the United States.

Transaction Coordinator
