Freight Broker Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with current direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, which includes pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiations, dispatch, customer support, and uploading digital paperwork.

• Function as an independent, fully autonomous freight brokerage agent for a self-sustaining business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have at least one active direct shipper client prepared to move freight from day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, or 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales experience with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch expertise.

• Must be proficient in pricing, booking, tracking, and finalizing loads independently; no training will be provided.

• Must possess a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access.

• Must legally reside and conduct business within the United States.
