Freight Broker Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance current relationships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load process, which includes pricing, booking, tracking, negotiating with carriers, dispatching, customer support, and uploading digital documentation.

• Function independently as a cradle-to-grave freight brokerage agent for a self-managed portfolio of business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active, direct shipper customer prepared to transport freight from day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR over 2 years of combined experience in W-2 freight brokerage sales (with transferable accounts) and carrier dispatch.

• Must be proficient in pricing, booking, tracking, and finalizing loads independently; no training will be provided.

• Must have access to a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet connection.

• Must legally reside and conduct operations within the United States.
