Freight Broker Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Foster and enhance current relationships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, which encompasses pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and the digital upload of paperwork.

• Function as an independent, self-sufficient cradle-to-grave operator for a freight brokerage business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active direct shipper customer ready to commence freight operations from day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verified experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales along with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.

• No training will be provided; candidates must independently know how to price, book, track, and finalize loads.

• Must have access to a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet connectivity.

• Must legally reside and operate within the United States.
