Freight Broker Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Sustain and expand current relationships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, encompassing pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and the uploading of digital paperwork.

• Function as an independent, self-sufficient cradle-to-grave freight brokerage agent for a personal book of business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active direct shipper customer prepared to move freight from day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales experience with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.

• Must be capable of independently pricing, booking, tracking, and closing out loads; no training will be provided.

• Must have access to a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet connectivity.

• Must legally reside and conduct operations within the United States.
