Freight Broker Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance current relationships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, encompassing pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiations, dispatch, customer service, and digital documentation uploads.

• Function independently as a cradle-to-grave freight brokerage agent.

• Manage a personal book of business without facing internal account competition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active direct shipper customer prepared to move freight from day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR over 2 years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales experience with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch skills.

• No training is provided; candidates must be proficient in pricing, booking, tracking, and finalizing loads independently.

• Must have a dependable computer, a dedicated phone line, and access to high-speed internet.

• Must legally reside and operate within the United States.
