This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Sustain and enhance current relationships with direct shippers.

• Oversee the entire load lifecycle, which includes pricing, booking, tracking, negotiating with carriers, dispatching, providing customer service, and uploading digital paperwork.

• Function independently as a cradle-to-grave freight brokerage agent for a self-managed book of business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess at least one active direct shipper customer ready to begin freight movement on day one.

• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a 1099 Independent Freight Agent, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales experience with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch expertise.

• No training will be provided; candidates must be knowledgeable in pricing, booking, tracking, and closing out loads independently.

• Must have access to a dependable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet connectivity.

• Must legally reside and operate within the United States.
