• Experience as a software/web developer with relevant frameworks and practical implementation in projects.

• Relevant professional experience in applying JavaScript in web development.

• Practical experience in adult education.

• Passion for knowledge transfer and strong didactic skills.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and technical proficiency.

• Independent work style and flexibility.

• Proficient in using digital tools and learning platforms.
