This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Independent outreach to premium brands in the architecture and design sector.
• Development and implementation of a structured acquisition strategy, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Persuasive presentation of the award concept and communication of specific benefits for potential partners.
• Representation of the Callwey Awards at industry events and trade fairs.
• Close and collaborative cooperation with the awards team.
• Direct reporting to the head of award acquisition.
• Solid experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, or partner acquisition, preferably in the premium segment.
• Existing network in the architecture, interior, or design industries.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, both in writing and in personal interactions.
• Ability to work self-organized, think entrepreneurially, and possess high self-motivation.
• Affinity for design, architecture, and premium brands.
• Good Excel skills; experience with Salesforce is desirable.
• Attractive, performance-oriented commission.
• Flexible scheduling and location-independent work (in addition to occasional appointments at events, trade fairs, and meetings).
