This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Delivering customer support and resolving technical issues through email, chat, social media, and various online platforms.
• Capable of managing multiple simultaneous chats and emails, as well as outbound call interactions, while effectively addressing frequent interruptions from emails, social media engagements, and other online channels.
• Diagnosing, correcting, and providing guidance on technical problems related to customers' computers, mobile applications, and video game consoles.
• Recognizing patterns in customer issues and offering clear feedback and insights to team members based on independent testing.
• Escalating urgent issues to the client or supervisor in real time.
• Translating between Korean and English, and vice versa.
• Drafting reports and minutes in Korean and/or English.
• Fluent in English and Korean (native proficiency).
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays according to a fixed schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean for effective liaison with Korean-speaking colleagues.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service by utilizing strong soft skills.
• Understanding of gaming from a player's perspective, along with the ability to offer detailed gaming and PC/console troubleshooting support.
• Capability to analyze and solve information accurately while adhering to guidelines and maintaining appropriate speed.
• A collaborative team player.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a strong interest in gaming, although we also welcome recent graduates or those without prior customer service and gaming experience.
