This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate current Zoho and Xero environments.
• Comprehend client workflows associated with sales, inventory, billing, vendors, and accounting procedures.
• Assess integration needs and data movement between systems.
• Recognize field mappings and opportunities for automation.
• Work collaboratively with accounting, operations, and client teams to collect requirements.
• Deliverables include documentation for requirements gathering, reports on workflow analysis, plans for integration mapping, configuration documentation, functional integrations, testing and validation reports, issue resolution logs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training completion documentation.
• Configure settings for Zoho applications and Xero integration.
• Establish account mappings, tax settings, contacts, invoices, inventory synchronization, and associated configurations.
• Implement integrations utilizing native Zoho integrations, APIs, webhooks, Deluge scripting, or middleware tools.
• Set up synchronization for: Customers and contacts, Sales invoices, Bills and vendor records, Payments, Inventory transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of integrations and workflows.
• Verify data integrity and synchronization outcomes.
• Produce technical and user documentation, create SOPs and workflow guides, lead training sessions for both the client and internal teams, and ensure post-implementation knowledge transfer.
• Demonstrated experience with Zoho One applications, including: Zoho CRM.
• Zoho Books.
• Zoho Inventory.
• Zoho Flow.
• Zoho Creator (preferred).
• Extensive experience with Xero accounting software.
• Experience in integrating Zoho applications with external systems.
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
• Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to document technical processes and workflows.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet project deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications: Zoho certifications.
• Background in accounting software integrations.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, or other business systems.
• Experience supporting businesses based in the U.S.
• Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, technical expertise, certifications, and project requirements.
