Freelance Web, Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Design and produce graphics and illustrations for presentations, videos, motion graphics, branding, social media, and more.

• Generate and refine concepts and ideas.

• Collaborate with internal teams to establish design styles, methodologies, and conceptual frameworks.

• Work closely with animators, illustrators, Content Managers, and Scriptwriters.

• Create original graphics through hand painting and using design applications.

• Provide assistance with video editing when necessary.

• Have experience in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design with a solid grasp of web design principles and best practices.

• Demonstrate proficiency in developing prototypes and wireframes using Figma.

• Ensure that company branding standards are adhered to across all production processes.

• Maintain best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files.

• Preferred, but not mandatory: Ability to develop videos from start to finish (illustration, design, and animation).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, After Effects, and Premiere.

• Proven expertise in UI/UX design with a strong understanding of web design principles, along with experience using Figma for creating prototypes, wireframes, and collaborative design efforts.

• A deep passion for digital media and motion graphics design.

• Creative illustration skills.

• Capable of working under tight deadlines.

• Self-motivated and independent, while also thriving in team environments.

• Artistic background supported by a portfolio.

• Knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, etc., is preferred but not required.
