Freelance UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create user-centered digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product interfaces, emails, and mobile platforms.

• Convert business objectives and user requirements into straightforward, intuitive UX and refined UI solutions.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Implement and enhance design systems to guarantee consistency and scalability throughout products and campaigns.

• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, developers, and project teams across various time zones.

• Design responsive experiences that are optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance.

• Contribute to UX evaluations, user journey enhancements, and design recommendations focused on conversion.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite research, ideation, content organization, or design workflows as applicable.

• Clearly present design choices and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and clients.

• Manage multiple projects while ensuring a strong focus on detail and high-quality design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design within web, product, SaaS, or digital marketing settings.

• Robust portfolio displaying UX strategies and refined visual design across diverse formats.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, encompassing Auto Layout, components, variants, and navigable prototyping.

• Experience with intricate design systems in Figma.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong UI design sensibility with experience in designing product or SaaS interfaces beyond conventional marketing outputs.

• Experience in creating responsive websites, landing pages, product experiences, design systems, or editor-based interfaces.

• Strongly preferred experience in designing content creation tools, native editing experiences, or scalable platform interfaces.

• Comprehensive understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices.

• Capability to transform briefs and business goals into intuitive user experiences.

• Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional creative teams.

• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote settings.

• Interest in AI tools and their potential to enhance UX/UI workflows is a plus.
