Freelance Translator, English to Luxembourgish – Software, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.

📋 Description

• Translate, transcreate, and post-edit (MTPE) e-commerce, marketing, and software content from English into Luxembourgish, ensuring a tone that is natural, engaging, and culturally appropriate.

• Localize user interfaces (UI) and IT documentation, strictly following technical terminology, brand style guides, and client-specific glossaries.

• Collaborate effectively with our remote Project Management teams, providing valuable linguistic feedback to enhance automated localization workflows.

• Consistently deliver high-quality work while managing flexible schedules to meet established project deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Luxembourgish and advanced fluency in English.

• A Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in translation, localization, transcreation, or Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE).

• Proficient in using major CAT tools and experienced in working with automated, cloud-based localization platforms.
