This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Conduct outbound B2B calls to Italian clients on behalf of a reputable industrial firm.
β’ Qualify contacts using a supplied lead and target list.
β’ Execute structured calls in accordance with clearly established guidelines.
β’ Record call details and outcomes in the appropriate systems.
β’ Proficient in Italian (C2 / native-level).
β’ Competent in German (both spoken and written).
β’ Background in B2B telesales, inside sales, or outbound telephone sales.
β’ Dependable and organized working approach.
β’ Professional demeanor when handling phone communications.
β’ Must have freelance status or be open to registering as a freelancer.
β’ Complete lead lists are provided (no need for independent research).
β’ Integration into a focused project team.
β’ Dedicated project management overseeing briefings, reporting, and client interactions.
β’ Structured onboarding process that includes introductions, guides, and briefings.
β’ Provision and setup of professional telephony software for all call activities.
β’ Well-defined processes, quick decision-making pathways, and a professional environment.
