Freelance Swedish Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and instruct 45-minute online courses for corporate clients.

• Provide personalized 1:1 lessons that blend language instruction with tailored coaching.

• Execute needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Design customized learning paths for students.

• Monitor student advancement throughout lessons.

• Establish clear educational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in Swedish.

• A valid teaching certification such as TEFL/CELTA or relevant university qualifications.

• Experience in online education and offering 1:1 coaching or personalized support.

• Proficiency of B2 or higher in an additional language.

• Ability to teach skills such as presentation techniques, negotiation strategies, business email etiquette, meeting facilitation, and cross-cultural communication.

• Strong communication abilities.

• High-speed internet connection.

• Modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local freelance and contractor regulations.
