Freelance Social Media Growth Strategist – Creator, Entertainment

📋 Description

• Create and implement strategies for organic audience growth on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and others relevant to the industry.

• Enhance accounts for creators and entertainment brands from their current or initial audience sizes to substantial numbers.

• Discover effective content formats, engaging hooks, trends, and distribution methods to drive reach and follower expansion.

• Formulate strategies for short-form videos on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Convey a filmmaker's unique personality, expertise, and creative vision into captivating social media content led by creators.

• Develop strategies that connect audiences through a personal creator profile, a production studio, and an entertainment brand.

• Seek out opportunities for creator collaborations, partnerships, and cross-promotions.

• Utilize performance metrics to test, optimize, and scale content formats that yield success.

• Suggest paid promotion opportunities for content that has proven successful organically.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in launching and scaling social media accounts to substantial audiences, ideally between 500K and 1M+ followers.

• A portfolio or case studies that demonstrate measurable growth in followers, reach, viewership, and engagement.

• Hands-on experience in growing accounts for creators, personalities, influencers, founders, artists, filmmakers, or other talent-driven profiles.

• Comprehensive understanding of organic growth mechanics across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and short-form video platforms.

• Capability to determine why content performs well and convert successful formats into scalable growth systems.

• Deep comprehension of creator culture, audience behavior, social trends, and community development.

• Experience in the entertainment, film, media, creator economy, or culturally focused brands is highly desirable.

• Ability to strategize while remaining actively involved in content direction and growth implementation.

• Preferred: experience in scaling an account from the early stages to over 1M followers and achieving viral or high-volume organic video reach.

• Preferred: direct experience collaborating with established creators or entertainment figures.

• Preferred: background in film, entertainment, production studios, or the creator economy.

• Preferred: familiarity with Persian-American, Middle Eastern, diaspora, or multicultural audiences.
