This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Identify organizations seeking freelance, fractional, or project-based professionals.
• Engage with decision-makers to present the 10x.team proposition.
• Develop relationships with new clients and identify their hiring or project requirements.
• Recognize opportunities in sectors such as legal, AI, finance, sales, marketing, operations, HR, compliance, healthcare, and technology.
• Transform opportunities into tangible freelance assignments.
• Collaborate with the 10x.team network to facilitate successful client-freelancer matches.
• Assist in expanding our client base throughout Europe.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting, or freelance/interim solutions within Europe.
• A network of companies or decision-makers who engage freelancers, contractors, or fractional professionals.
• Ability to create opportunities, build trust, and convert discussions into actionable outcomes.
• A commercially-minded, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
• Comfort in working independently within a commission-only partnership.
• 50% of the 10x.team margin on successful placements or matches you generate.
