📋 Description

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge about designated products or services

• Offer clear and unbiased advice to clients

• Reach out to clients to finalize sales and/or retention matters

• Effectively market assigned services

• Communicate results to the direct supervisor

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an intermediate to advanced level

• Possess a high school diploma

• Availability for full-time work

• At least 6 months of experience in a call center setting (sales or retention)
