This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, assessments, and refer candidates for client positions at any level of seniority.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their current hiring requirements and fulfill their expectations.

• Manage the complete recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating job offers.

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

• Assess candidates by discussing job specifications and qualifications with hiring managers.

• Oversee the interview process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Establish connections with universities to facilitate on-site interviews.

• Actively seek out and recruit experienced professionals for a variety of roles.

• Experience in proactively sourcing candidates.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of recruiting experience.
