Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, assessments, and refer candidates for client positions across all levels of seniority.

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their current hiring requirements and fulfill their expectations.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating job offers.

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

• Assess candidates by discussing job requirements and qualifications with hiring managers.

• Facilitate the interview process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Establish relationships with universities to organize on-site interviews.

• Conduct cold calls and recruit experienced candidates for various roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to quickly adapt to shifting priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to foster relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• High sense of urgency with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in proactively sourcing candidates.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required as specified in the application questions.
