This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process for roles across diverse levels and industries.

• Promote job vacancies and evaluate resumes.

• Identify and select qualified candidates in accordance with the specifications of each position.

• Arrange and conduct interviews.

• Administer and assess skills and knowledge tests tailored to the needs of each role.

• Perform final interviews.

• Compile reports on the recruitment process.

• Maintain updated records of the interview pipeline and candidate progress in the system.

• Deliver clear and objective feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

• Handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently, ensuring all phases are well-organized and on schedule.

• Flexible availability.

• A personal setup for remote work, including a computer, dependable internet connection, and telephone.

• Ability to issue invoices.
