Freelance Program Manager Online

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Le Wagon Online bootcamps

• Inspire, mentor, and assist Batch Managers in delivering an exceptional learning experience for students while supporting program growth

• Ensure the seamless execution of bootcamps and enhance student motivation, commitment, and satisfaction

• Track educational metrics, including student learning outcomes, attendance rates, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• Manage the organization and execution of significant events such as Kickoff Day, Community gatherings, and Demo Day

• Ensure that information is accurately documented in Notion and files are properly stored in Google Drive

• Maintain compliance with local training regulations

• Optimize daily operations and contribute to additional team initiatives

• Anticipate the hiring and training requirements for teachers in collaboration with the Sales & Admissions teams and Batch Managers

• Lead and coordinate the sourcing, selection, onboarding, and training of teachers

• Monitor teacher performance metrics and feedback, implementing necessary action plans

• Oversee the development of freelance teaching teams and sustain relationships with freelance educators

• Review and approve teaching invoices on a weekly basis

• Manage local teaching contracts along with associated administrative duties

• Provide freelance teachers with guidance on invoicing processes, tools, and best practices

• Track key performance indicators including NPS across programs, response rates for NPS forms, Pedagogical Margin, and Overall Bootcamp Margin

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant and successful work experience

• Strong and confident communication abilities

• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and French

• Capability to work independently within a small team environment

• Innovative problem-solving skills

• Highly organized and structured approach to work

• Ability to meet tight deadlines while providing effective solutions across various projects

• Strong project management skills and focus on results

• Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

• Experience in managing diverse teams and stakeholders

• Familiarity with the challenges associated with learning Web Development, Data Analysis, Data Science, and No-Code

• Availability for freelance work on a 4-month project from September to December 2026

• Available to work 5 days a week
