This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• SLA and support management: Leading projects for existing SLA mandates across the B-works customer portfolio.
• Prioritization and coordination of support requests, bug tickets, and change requests.
• Ensuring agreed response times: Priority 1 (critical) within 4 hours, Priority 2 (high) within 2 working days, Priority 3 (medium) within 5 working days (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00, on working days).
• Proactive budget monitoring and transparent reporting.
• Product ownership and backlog management: Creating and maintaining user stories, bugs, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Sprint planning and task prioritization with the development team.
• Planning and conducting innovation workshops to identify valuable features.
• Supporting CMS upgrades, technical migrations, and AI integrations.
• Stakeholder management: Primary contact for end customers in daily operations.
• Regular status meetings and reporting.
• Expectation management and handling change requests.
• Coordination between customer and development teams.
• Team coordination: Managing the development team in accordance with SLA obligations.
• Coordination with the Key Account Manager.
• Quality assurance and test coordination.
• Time tracking and billing.
• Essential: Native-level proficiency in German.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• At least 5 years of PM/PO experience in a digital agency or a comparable environment.
• Experience with CMS web projects (Drupal or similar).
• Competence in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven reliability and accountability across multiple mandates.
• Technical expertise: User stories, bugs, and acceptance criteria following best practices.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro.
• Understanding of technical web projects and terminology (including CMS, APIs, hosting, accessibility).
• Budget-conscious work within defined hour limits.
• Personal attributes: Reliability as a core trait, adherence to response times, proactive communication, and being predictable for customers and the team.
• Long-term commitment orientation - viewing mandates as multi-year partnerships rather than short-term contracts.
• Confident communication with C-level clients.
• Hands-on mentality, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Resilience in handling competing priorities.
• Advantageous: Specific experience with Drupal.
• Very good understanding of Swiss German.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, ideally with cantonal hospitals or similar public institutions.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG AA) and data protection (nDSG/DSG).
• Experience with innovation workshops or discovery formats.
• Experience with project takeovers from other agencies or teams.
• Guaranteed retainer volume as a stable foundation, with optional additional project work.
• First consideration for all new PO mandates in the B-works portfolio, without new tenders.
• Growth potential: SLA extensions, feature packages, and new projects gradually increase workload.
• Aiming for collaboration over 3 years with annual contract renewal.
• Professional, experienced Drupal and AI development team.
• Innovation workshops, actively shaping the product strategy.
• Remote work with physical presence meetings as agreed.
