This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

📋 Description

• Handling ‘Calls for Help’ from the community that you are assisting.

• Gaining familiarity with the games you support to effectively address these ‘Calls for Help’.

• Staying informed about updates in workflows, policies, and gameplay.

• Developing expertise in utilizing various ticketing and social media platforms.

• Thinking creatively to find solutions to daily challenges.

• Aiding in reporting by tracking data on forms or spreadsheets.

• Supporting your managers with various ad-hoc tasks.

• Achieving Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction.

• Upholding community guidelines and ensuring fair treatment for all players within the game.

• Providing reports on any issues or trends observed in the game.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Russian with outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Strong capability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal oversight.

• In-depth knowledge of gaming-related social media platforms, including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.

• Driven by a deep passion for video games.
