Freelance Medical Post-Editors, English-Italian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Translate, edit, and review documentation related to clinical trials.

• Ensure all documents meet the medical and ethical standards of the target language.

• Improve the readability, precision, and coherence of scientific and medical materials while maintaining the original intent.

• Collaborate with translation teams and offer constructive feedback.

• Recommend necessary corrections as needed.

• Keep abreast of advancements in medical terminology.

• Ensure compliance of documents with relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in clinical translation and post-editing.

• Native proficiency in Italian.

• Proficiency in the source language(s).

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical terminology and concepts.

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Preferred certification in medical post-editing, translation, or a related field.

• Experience with memoQ is preferred.

• A degree in Medicine or Pharma is a plus.
