This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and proactively engage with premium brands within the architecture and design industry.
• Create and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy, guiding the process from initial contact to contract finalization.
• Effectively present the Awards concept, highlighting the tangible benefits for potential partners.
• Represent the Callwey Awards at industry events and trade exhibitions.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with the Awards team.
• Report directly to the Head of Awards Acquisition.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, or partner acquisition, ideally within the premium market segment.
• Established network within the architecture, interior design, or broader design sectors.
• Excellent communication abilities and a professional presence, both in written and verbal interactions.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong organizational skills.
• Passion for design, architecture, and premium brands.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Competitive performance-based commission.
