• Facilitate the delivery of our online courses — teaching materials are already provided.

• Instruct course content and practical, hands-on techniques in digital sales.

• Collaborate closely with our tutors to effectively execute exercises and coaching.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and offer individual support to participants.

• Encourage learners' progress and sustain motivation throughout the course.

• Contribute to the development of our curriculum by sharing your experience and ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience in sales (B2B, B2C, FMCG, SMCG) is essential.

• Some experience in adult education or professional training is preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills in German and a passion for working with people.

• Strong pedagogical skills and a solid understanding of didactics.

• Excellent organizational abilities and a spirit of teamwork.
