Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete campaign process: You will independently oversee bookings and negotiations for the US market based on our established brief.

• Experimentation and expansion: You swiftly test new creators, pinpoint successful profiles, and develop a dependable roster of influencers who generate tangible performance and revenue.

• Network engagement: You will leverage your existing network or specific US influencer profiles directly.

• Deal formulation: You craft customized offers for US influencers, understanding the effective links, whitelisting rights, and compensation models suitable for the US market.

• Performance evaluation: You operate with a data-driven approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, including a minimum of 1 year of proven success in the US market.

• Demonstrated success with prominent performance and beauty brands.

• Knowledge of the US market: comprehensive understanding of US CPMs, negotiation tactics, and the mindset and expectations of US creators.

• Focused on performance: experience in data-driven influencer marketing; comfortable working towards budget targets and ROAS.

• Strong negotiation abilities: adept at managing complex deals with confidence.

• Communication skills: excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
