Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager – 20-25hrs/week

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Enhance and optimize influencer marketing initiatives throughout France.

• Propel performance at scale using data-driven, ROI-centric strategies.

• Partner with leading creators in the France region to increase visibility, conversions, and brand loyalty.

• Collaborate across departments with creative and paid teams to incorporate influencer content into comprehensive marketing funnels.

• Continuously evaluate performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing performance-oriented influencer marketing within the DACH region.

• Proficient in both German and English – written and spoken.

• Extensive network and past collaborations with prominent influencers in France, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Confident in managing six-figure monthly budgets while achieving measurable ROI.

• In-depth understanding of the social and cultural dynamics across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting capabilities.
