Freelance Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of visual assets across various touchpoints, including product packaging, store design, advertising performance, and email marketing campaigns.

• Collaborating closely with our graphic and marketing teams, you will ensure that Doonails presents a polished image wherever our customers encounter us.

• Your responsibilities will include designing and refining packaging for both new and existing Doonails products, in partnership with the product team to transform concepts into reality.

• You will create eye-catching visual assets for social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and more, spanning our six international locations.

• It's essential that our online shop maintains a cohesive design language while supporting Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) testing initiatives with suitable visuals in critical areas.

• You will design graphics for newsletters, CRM campaigns, and other digital channels to ensure our brand communication remains sharp and effective.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe: Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Figma: Ability to work proficiently in Figma for digital and web assets without any onboarding time needed.

• Web Design & UX/UI: Your primary strength is in creating designs for digital formats—webshops, advertisements, and emails—with a clear understanding of how design influences conversion rates.

• Aesthetic sensibility for beauty: You possess a keen understanding of the visual language of the beauty sector, allowing you to create designs that resonate with the target demographic.

• Speed & accountability: You thrive on delivering results, not just planning. You effectively prioritize multiple projects and rapidly translate feedback into actionable outcomes.
